It's springbreak time in Illinois and Rebecca, Carolyn, and Robin chose to spend it here with us! After a 6 hour delay in Chicago, they made it at 12:00am on Saturday.
I've been really sick lately, so we made the best of it and I did some tea drinking at coffee shops while they explored. I love my friends and sisters. It was so great to have them and see them for a few days.
Now I'm looking forward to my spring break in 3 weeks to see Katie, Kerlan, and hopefully Aidan will make an appearance!!!

It was a sunny 80 degrees today.  I busted out the eco-mower and took care of a classic homeowner duty.

In case you were curious why we chose the manual push mower...

Eco-mower advantages:
1. Cheapest option
2. No fuel required
3. Compact, easy to store
4. Very little noise while using it
5. You get a good workout

Eco-mower disadvantages:
1. Gas mower would be faster
2. Goats would be cooler
